TERMS & CONDITIONS




1) PRICES & TAXES


The Standard Booking price includes the following:
• All taxes
• Utilities (water, gas and electricity)
• Internet usage
• Towels, bed linen and hairdryer
• Cleaning before and after your stay
 • All apartment amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence

Important:
When you make a reservation, you are booking a room type (not a specific room). Each room type includes similar rooms of similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different. We will process your booking immediately after receiving your request. Please note that your booking has not been made or verified until you have completed your payment and received a confirmation email.

2) PAYMENT & TERMS AT CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in at 3PM

You can check-in any time from 3PM by local time. Room keys will wait for you at the River Arts Club on the ground floor.The balance of the full room rental amount is payable before the arrival at check-in time. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment for the room has been received and approved. A room key is provided at check-in time after the full amount has been settled. The cost of any keys needing replacement will be requested. During the check-in process, our receptionist can provide you with any information which may be required during your stay such as the location of near-by shops, good places where you can eat, sights you may like to see, places to go at night, etc. Always ask our receptionist for anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and convenient.

Check-out at 11AM

You can check-out any time up until 11AM by local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are. At check-out, please return your keys to the receptionist on the ground floor. This allows us to confirm that all payments, including any add-ons during your stay, have been completed.Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room is occupied again.Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the apartment3) Traveling with MinorsAll guests must be 16 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at the River Arts Club.


3) ACCESSIBILITY OR SPECIAL NEEDS


The Hotel strives to accommodate guests with special needs to the best of our ability. Please note that, due to the historic nature of our building, there are no elevators available. We encourage guests to contact us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay.

4) PARKING


Vacations should be stress-free and for that reason, you get to park right in front of our property as soon as you enter. By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property. Hotel guests are offered one parking space per booking.

5) DISPUTE RESOLUTION / ISSUES


During your stay, the room and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to the River Arts Club staff will be expected of any damages or breakages in the apartment.You (the guest) are financially responsible for any damage to the room. This includes losses caused by you or a third party negligent actions and behavior. A summary check will be made of the apartment check-out time. However, a more detailed review of the condition of the apartment and all equipment and facilities will be made soon after check-out and before another guest occupies the apartment. The Tenant is responsible for any damages or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage. In this case, a detailed statement of damage along with an invoice for the repair or replacement cost will be sent by email or fax immediately. We will hold the guests’ card details for 10 days after their stay so that River Arts Club can then take any necessary action to resolve any issues. Guests will be notified accordingly.

6) USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION


As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded.

7) LIABILITY


The Hotel strives to assist guests whenever possible but is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, injuries, or any issues that may arise during their stay. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property and are encouraged to secure valuables in designated areas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

8) FORCE MAJEURE


The Hotel understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of genuine force majeure situations, such as natural disasters or government actions, we will make every effort to accommodate guests’ needs and address any impacts on services on a case-by-case basis.

9) THIRD PARTY RIGHTS


While the Hotel may partner with third-party providers (such as tour operators, transportation, or activity providers), any issues related to these services remain the responsibility of the third party. The Hotel is not liable for claims or damages arising from third-party services, but we will make every effort to ensure guests’ concerns are heard and addressed to the best of our ability.

10) WAIVER


By staying at the Hotel, guests acknowledge that while we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, the Hotel cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during their stay, except in cases of gross negligence. We encourage guests to reach out to our staff with any concerns, as we are here to help and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

11) SEVERANCE


If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will still apply. We want to make sure that our agreement remains effective and serves the best interests of our guests.
